Shipping Terms
Race Day Designs has searched far and wide for the best product suppliers in the industry. That being the case we utilize the shipping methods most suitable to our many product suppliers. Most common forms of shipment are UPS, FedEx and US Priority Mail. Shipping charges will be included in your order or quote and where requested with the exception of Custom Banner sales and all DIY Custom Shop orders performed online which are shipped via UPS. These prices are specified at the time of the order.
Shipping company terms and conditions apply once items have shipped for lost or delayed packages. If you have a deadline you must request expedited shipping. Terms from the shipping company still apply to lost packages. There will be no refunds issued if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. Please be sure to order early!!!
If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent. Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 working days after initial scheduled delivery.
Average Shipping Times (these are not guarantees as there may be issues out of our control that may hinder your order)
Custom Jersey: 4-6 weeks after artwork is approved and deposit is issued. Remainder of payment is due before Jerseys ship.
Banners: 8-12 business days from date of payment (slightly longer for large quantity orders)
Apparel: 7-10 business days from date of payment
Plates: 3-5 weeks after artwork is approved and payment is made
If you require any of the above items faster than normal please call or email us to discuss your situation. We have been known to pull off some pretty incredible deadlines!!!

Payments and Terms
Due to the nature of our custom product offerings, Race Day Designs requires a deposit commitment on all jersey and number plate orders. Custom jerseys require a 50% deposit plus art fees upon initial order. At this point we are committed to creating a design you are happy with and processing your order. Remainder of payment is due prior to shipping. We will communicate with you during this process to keep you prepared. There will be NO orders shipped without payment in full. If you have a specific and special situation where you require terms please contact us with your situation and we'll see if we can work things out.
All other products and services payments are due upon initiation of order. No orders will ship without payment in full. We accept Checks, Money Orders, Paypal and Credit Cards via phone.

Refunds and Exchanges
All custom orders are non refundable and non exchangeable. The only exceptions to this rule would be due to our failure to produce the product that you ordered or manufacturers defects. In these cases we will ask you to return the product or offer up some sort of proof that your product is not correct. We may still ask for you to return the products, at our cost of course. Upon receipt of these product returns your order will be corrected in a prompt and timely manner.
